The area of Haute Savoie is probably one of the most popular holiday regions in Europe. The scenery is ever changing, the sheer variety captivates the imagination of all who visit.
To the north is Lake Geneva 'Lac Leman' to the French, and a fantastic natural backdrop. It is the largest freshwater lake in Western Europe, with a surface area of 58,000 hectares and has depths up to 309 metres. Truly an inland sea with borders that links France and Switzerland.

Its volume is such that it creates a microclimate on the surrounding area, so much so that in the Summer you could be excused for comparing it to the Mediterranean.
Whatever your pleasure, sport or pastime you will undoubtedly enjoy the many delights the province has to offer. On top of all this Haute Savoie be it Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter is a ‘Place for all Seasons’
